The only place to put ones suitcase when opening and getting out clothes etc. is on the bed. That is not very hygienic given the life of a suitcase. You can't put it on the floor as there is so little space. Given that the rooms were so small, I'd expected a more welcoming/ user-friendly communal area.

Good rooms with Nice facilities. Overall very good and cormfortable stay.

The rooms was very small and I didn’t like that you could always look into the bathroom because it was glass. And if you are tall you couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed.

Quite comfartable, but don't like the breakfast vouchers for same breakfast every day (no options)

Ice cold water for free. The safe was broken and they change it in 30 minutes. For a very small room it met our expectations and was actually in the end more comfartable as what we have think it would be in the beginning.

The option I have booked included breakfast. On arrival I was told they do not serve breakfast anymore but give us vouchers for the same breakfast everyday. No options, so my kids ending up not eating breakfast and I have to pay additional form them. Rather then exclude breakfast as an option totally. This would have change my decision to probably stay somewhere else if I have knew this beforehand.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was tiny, but had everything you could need in it. The location was close to restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the metro.

The bathroom is so small you can't close the door and sit on the toilet. There is no ventilation in the room when the shower is on, so there is mold growing on the walls near the shower. We could smell cooking from somewhere even though our room didn't have any windows, so it must be coming in through the walls somehow. The cost of the room is insane for how small it is.

The property was located in a good area where it was a short walk to great feeds like the Maxwell centre and other great restaurants.

We booked the family loft and were happy with it at first but after staying there for a few days, we found some parts of our room to be unsatisfactory. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel to drop our luggage off after our flight at 6am, we were told that checking in earlier is subject to availability and the room being cleaned. That was no problem at all, but after checking into our room at 3 pm, we turned over a pillow on the top loft bed, and we found a big silverfish. Not the best first impression for a newly "cleaned" room. The room is also quite small (as to be expected for Singapore) and is difficult to maneuver 3 large suitcases with the ladder in the way. The room with the toilet was also very small, I am about 160cm tall and could barely fit in that room with my knees almost touching the wall when sitting so I can't imagine how uncomfortable it was for my brother who is lots taller. Our keycard also stopped working on 2 occasions in a single day so we had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. Other than that, the room was fine for a couple of days stay.

It’s a fun experience in a vibrant neighborhood

It was fun to stay in Chinatown.

The windows don’t open and the room is quite small. The AC was too cold for me and despite asking to warm up the room it only got colder.

Convenient location and price for an unexpected layover.

This was a great stay for our group - we needed two rooms at short notice and arrived at 3:00am for a 20-hour layover. The property is central, have every amenity you could need, and was the perfect place to crash for a few hours and refresh ourselves between flights.

The rooms are on the smaller side, for two adults it was fairly OK for just sleeping but you wouldn't want to relax in the room together. The shower and toilet share one sliding door, so while one is closed, the other is open.

Great location in China Town with lots to see nearby. Cool hotel and liked the room layout. Complimentary water and soda was a nice touch. Found the bed to be very comfortable.

Great location with mediocre service

Location is great, bottled water and some canned drinks are included. Great value.

The staff wanted to charge a deposit that was higher than what was stated on the site. It took an hour to check in due to this issue
